Merci pour la photo. Ce projet m’apparait comme une réussite grâce à une intégration qui préserve l’apparence extérieure de l’ancien édifice, dont la façade reconstruite à l’identique respecte le gabarit original de l’immeuble qui est resté à l’échelle de ses voisins.
This building turned out to be impressive. I just wish it was taller.

Personally I wish it were more affordable. Studio prices starting at 1500$/month for a tiny space in a prefab building in a neighbourhood with little to no proximity services that is dead after office hours, not including the fact that the rent can be increased without limit for the first 5 years…
And before you know it you’re paying 2700$ for the same space a couple years later.
