The Arborite factory at 385 Lafleur is fenced off and Delson Demolition is planning to demolish.
Borders Lafleur,Clement,Quinlan & Jean Milot, pretty much the same size as the demolition for Univert LaSalle right next door. Does anyone know what the plans are? I cold not find any information regarding this demolition.
