Pourtant, je ne vois aucune trace des meneaux verticaux qu’on voit sur les photos du chantier. Ils sont beaucoup plus visibles que ce que les murs rideaux des autres tours de verre de Montréal nous ont habitué

hmm, I like the black glass over the blue originally proposed. Don’t dig the random spandrel glass panels here and there tho to be honest. Of course, I hope they will be able to fill the ground floor easily, so more life can be injected here (and I also hope it’s more Korean restos hehe)

Le toit du “basilaire” de 3 étages ferait un endroit parfait pour une terrasse, qui donne directement sur un coin quand même assez achalandée de la rue Ste-Catherine!
